Advance Booking Form
For students who are shooting large production projects OR who need to borrow equipment for longer than the specified 1-day period. Must be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to rental and approved by faculty; requests are first-come first served.

Policies
SUMMER BOOKINGS
Regular account privileges are unavailable during the summer unless you are currently enrolled in active courses. To request equipment during the summer, please apply via this form. Requests are subject to faculty approval / availability.

Students and faculty can book items for a maximum of one business day.
All bookings are on a first-come, first-serve basis and by appointment only. All pickups MUST be scheduled a minimum of ONE BUSINESS DAY IN ADVANCE. We are unfortunately unable to acomodate walk-in or last-minute bookings.
